When Encore Boston Harbor reopened after Covid, they wanted to come back in a big way. We created a campaign called #MyEncoreEscape that encouraged customers to share their social media posts, reminding people that it was safe to come back, have fun, and escape from the daily stresses from the pandemic. This gave us opportunity to run a social media campaign that made real guests become featured models.
