Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
A bit about us: We are a full-service advertising and marketing agency and work with some of the most recognized brands in the world. We are actively interviewing and ready to hire an Account Supervisor who will be our point of contact for some of our biggest clients. Ideal candidates will have 4 years of agency-side client services experience and must be bi-lingual (Spanish /English).
This is a fulltime, direct hire role and must be local to our Houston office (WFH on Fridays). We will move through the interview process quickly!

Job Details Our marketing agency is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our team. As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing some of our biggest accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve their business goals. ** Spanish fluency is required **
What will you be doing?
- Manage the day-to-day relationships across all lines of business and to monitor agency ongoing activities for the brand
- Campaigns will include everything from creative, brand development, media, PR, sponsorships, trade show, CRM, experiential; B2B & B2C
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients
- Manage agency budgets, scopes of work, and resource expenditures through financial forecasting, tracking and reporting
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets clients' expectations
- Identify opportunities for growth and upsell services to existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients
Is your background a match?
- Fluency in English and Spanish, verbal & written is REQUIRED
- 4+ years of experience in Client Services at an agency or marketing firm
- Knowledgeable about the advertising business, Hispanic or multicultural segments and B2C marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
