🛠️ Assembly Openings – 2nd Shift

Location: Shelbyville, IL

Position: Assembler (Manufacturing/Production)

Shift: 2nd Shift (Afternoons)

Pay Rate: $18.90 per hour, paid weekly

📋 Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team in Shelbyville, IL. As an assembler, you will be responsible for putting together components, operating basic machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards. 🔧 Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and diagrams

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pana, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
