About the Role:
Hiring Major Appliance Service Technicians, become a vital part of our dedicated team in Toledo, OH. Ace Appliance is in the TOP 1% of the HIGEST PAID technicians in the United States. You will need a minimum of 3 years experience working as an appliance repair technician. We will need verification of the Appliance Repair company you worked for. We are hiring experienced service technicians only at this time.

Compensation

• Full-time technicians can expect to earn between $85,000 to $140,000 over a 12-month period. This salary is influenced by skill level and the willingness to take on extra calls during peak seasons.

o Ace pays a commission on any major appliances that you sell if you condemn an appliance.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens, dishwashers, microwaves.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating repair options and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

1. Requirements:
   
   • Minimum of 3 years experience working as an appliance repair technician. References will be required from the appliance repair company.
     Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
2. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
