Document all service calls and repairs accurately in our tracking system. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to appliances. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills. Certification in appliance repair or relevant technical training preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
