Flatbed Truck Driver Job Overview

• Top-tier pay with real guarantees. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay, accruing from day one-rewarding consistency and commitment, not just miles.
• Extra pay for the work you do. Get paid for the details with $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay, so your effort doesn't go unpaid.
• Home time that lets you reset. Run OTR with home time every two weeks, totaling five days per month, giving you real time to recharge.
• Flatbed training for experienced OTR drivers. No flatbed experience? No problem. Experienced OTR drivers can learn flatbed at orientation with hands-on training and support.
• Paid orientation, start with confidence. Earn $1,250 in orientation pay, so you're paid from the very start.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
