Construction Laborer – Hiring Now in Wichita, KS

 

Tier 1: $15/hr | Tier 2: $17/hr

Overtime: $22.50–$25.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Occasional weekend overtime available

What You’ll Be Doing

 

As a Construction Laborer, you’ll take on a variety of hands-on tasks that keep worksites moving forward:

 

Preparing and clearing job sites

Assisting with demolition work (removing sheetrock, debris, etc.)

Use basic hand and power tools 

Loading, unloading, and moving materials

Supporting crews with trenching and setup

Keeping the site clean, safe, and organized

Pay & Schedule

 

Regular Pay: Tier 1 - starting at $15/hour | Tier 2: starting at $17/hr

Overtime Pay: $22.50-25.50/hour (occasional overtime available)

Requirements

 

Steel-toe boots required

Reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs (reasonable accommodations available)

Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
