• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for field service, technical, and operations roles across multiple markets
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and source candidates proactively
• Use multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams on best practices
• Track metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and continuously improve time-to-fill and candidate quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in skilled trades, field services, or multi-location businesses
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields
