We are seeking a Driver's Ed Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a talent for teaching and a passion for promoting safe driving practices. Driving school is year-round and consists of both classroom and behind the wheel instruction, so you can teach in the format that’s best suited for you, whether that’s classroom, behind the wheel, or both.

Starting at $20-25 an hour with multiple bonuses:

Responsibilities:

· Conduct 2–3-hour hands-on driving lessons for students of all ages and experience levels, ensuring they develop safe and responsible driving habits.

· Occasionally conduct classroom sessions to educate students on traffic laws, rules, and regulations.

· Assist students in developing their driving skills, as well as confidence behind the wheel.

· Create a supportive, safe, and encouraging learning environment for students.

· Evaluate student progress, address individual learning needs, and provide feedback for improvement.

· Communicate effectively and professionally with students and their parents regarding progress, concerns, and achievements, as well as schedule driving lessons.

Skills:

· Strong and effective communication, both written and verbal.

· Patient and composed.

· Ability to educate and motivate students to become safe and responsible drivers.

· Adaptable teaching style to accommodate various learning needs.

· Able to maintain a safe and controlled learning environment.

· Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.

· Ability to use instructional technology and online scheduling systems.

· Excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience as a driving instructor is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
