We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team manage daily operations, maintain schedules, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for team members.
• Assist in preparing documents and reports as needed.
• Organize and maintain office files and records in an efficient manner.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
• Support the team in organizing meetings and events, including logistics and catering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
