Job Description
Elite Training San Diego is the San Diego location for the original Elite Training national brand. This is a top notch chain of professional training gyms. Located in San Diego for over 11 years now, it is the height of training gyms and is growing fast, we are located in Clairemont, right off the 805, 52 and 163 freeways, we are highly visible and central and get many new clients.
We pay $32/hour as base pay, and give one week PTO also the pay is higher for couple or small group training. We are looking for those with: experience, the ability to work within a solid team and good certifications. We recruit your clients from our longstanding brand and marketing. If you do have your own clients we pay you more per hour to bring them over.
Qualifications for our top level Trainers:
1. Trainer should be in good physical shape
2. Trainer should have accredited certification(s): (preferred: NASM, ISSA, ACE, NASM Corrective Cert, Nutrition Cert, BS or MS in related field)
3. Trainer should have some experience, ideally working for a gym.
4. Energy, personality and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Design personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and health conditions.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions to guide and motivate clients in achieving their fitness objectives.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness practices.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjust training programs as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
- Promote fitness services, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and best practices to deliver high-quality training services.
