What Youll Do

As a Garden Center Crew Member, youll be on the front lines helping customers find the right plants, supplies, and seasonal goods for their outdoor spaces. Youll assist with transactions, answer basic plant care questions, and provide friendly, helpful service from the first hello to the last loaded bag of mulch. In between, youll restock materials, water plants, tidy displays, and lend a hand across the greenhouse, tree lot, and nursery. Youll work hard, stay active, and be part of a team that brings the season to life.

What You Bring

• A friendly attitude and a desire to help customers have a great experience
• Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Basic plant knowledge and a curiosity to keep learning
• Comfortable with basic math and using a point-of-sale system
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and peak seasonal hours
• A team-first mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
