HR Assistant

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a healthcare company in Tempe. This company is in search of an HR Assistant to support the CHRO. This role requires you to be fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You MUST have HR experience to be considered for this role. The salary is between $45k-$55k.

This role will provide direct administrative and HR support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and assist in day-to-day HR operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee file maintenance
  • Maintain HR databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support HR-related communications and assist in organizing employee events and engagement initiatives
  • Help track compliance training and HR documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries or route them to appropriate contacts

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
