The General Manager is a polished, well-spoken ambassador responsible for all aspects of hotel operations. This includes providing support, supervision, and guidance to the management team and front-line associates, ensuring financial performance, maintaining high-quality service, and complying with all regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include leading operational initiatives such as sales planning, budgeting, and property improvements, maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, and maintaining effective communication with guests, clients, associates, ownership, and vendors.
