What You'll Do
Build Financial Futures: Work directly with clients, helping them realize their goals by providing tailored loan solutions for homeownership, business ventures, and more.
Drive Success: Take charge of the loan approval process, analyzing financial data and ensuring applications meet compliance standards while achieving your own performance targets.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to streamline the approval process, adapt to industry changes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Elevate Client Experience: Guide clients confidently through every step, from initial consultation to loan closing, with a commitment to superior service.
Qualifications You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in lending, banking, or financial services is a plus - but enthusiasm and a drive to learn are a must!
Strong knowledge of lending regulations, credit analysis, and financial best practices
Communication and relationship-building skills that make clients feel valued and informed
Tech-savvy, with comfort in financial software and MS Office Suite
