Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Inspector / QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records for traceability.
- Collaborating with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Assisting in the development and revision of quality control procedures and standards.
- Participating in quality audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicating effectively with team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 3 years in a quality control or inspection role.

Desired Skills:
We are looking for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality. You should have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, as well as familiarity with quality management systems.
- A proactive mindset that embraces continuous learning and improvement.
