What You'll Be Doing
As an Insurance Service Representative , you’ll be the go-to person for our existing policyholders, offering support with empathy and professionalism. You’ll help them understand their coverage, navigate policy updates, and get the answers they need—all from the comfort of your home.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Assisting clients through phone, email, or video calls
Explaining and reviewing insurance benefits with current members
Handling policy updates, claim inquiries, and coverage questions
Scheduling virtual appointments and following up as needed
Keeping accurate records and staying compliant with guidelines
Collaborating with your team to continuously improve
