Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Level Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. This role requires expertise in both declarative (clicks) and programmatic (code) development within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our Salesforce instance, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring the long-term scalability and maintainability of our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Perform declarative configurations, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration patterns.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and system security.

• Write comprehensive unit tests, perform system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact and benefits.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce.com.

• Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and governor limits.

• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture).

• Proficiency with Salesforce development tools (e.g., VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git).

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Salesforce Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)

  • Administrator (ADM 201) certification (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and migrations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other specific clouds.
