About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Media & Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of innovative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall media, go-to-market, and marketing strategies, with a focus on brand positioning and organic social across all direct-to-consumer channels. This role requires a decisive and innovative leader with a proven track record in performance-driven marketing, customer acquisition, and brand building, particularly in the Mom/Kid space. The VP will be at the forefront of creating and leading global brand and marketing strategies, managing a team of direct reports, and working closely with external agency partners. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong background in brand identity and voice. The role demands a true collaborator who can influence and drive consensus in a highly matrixed environment, as well as a leader with a proven ability to foster a high-performing, cross-functional team. Experience in a range of marketing channels, including digital and social, and a strong understanding of consumer insights and CRM strategies are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can seamlessly move between high-level planning and day-to-day execution, and who is adept at managing a high-frequency, multi-channel marketing environment.
