Responsibilities Building relationships with customers while offering the variety of State Farm products. Providing accurate quotes and timely follow-up. Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, and billing clarification. Maintaining a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to success every day.
